A MouseEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
The OnLostMouseCapture method is called before any event handler for the LostMouseCapture event is called. This method enables derived classes to handle the LostMouseCapture event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
