Summary of problem or feature request

Latest datatables doesn't use legacy dom option and doesn't require jquery too.
so it is better to update this file with latest code standards.

Code snippet of problem

It's not a bug but when i am using bootstrap5 it doesn't align properly with search box. even pagination at bottom of table displays on left instead of right (when using normal datatables with bootstrap)
