Swift 6 adoption #874

Back there, almost 3 years ago 3.0.0 release was all about new async/await concurrency adoption.

This year Apple released swift 6 which pushes that approach a way further with their compile safe concurrency approach. AFAIK right now it's pretty raw still with some number of sharp edges that adopters can face to. But my believe if that they'll be fixed within 6.1 which is about 3-4 months away from now.

So my suggestion is to actually include swift 6 and structured concurrency approach into 4.0 release scope.

Worth to say that this is a quite a big deal to adopt that, so I'm about to request funding from EF to support this.

However a lot of folks across swift community find swift concurrency controversial and confusing.

So I'd like to rise this question here, whether or not it worth it to adopt that at all?

It should definitely be adopted, as it makes it easier to manage over using GCD.
