Does the Spring AI team offer paid support or is there anyone who is well versed with Spring AI to offer paid support? #2531

I've been trying to implement Spring AI and while I have got a lot working it has taken much longer than I expected as I try to figure things out. Our use cases are not trivial and so simple solutions don't work. I think we would really benefit from paid support from an expert either from the Spring AI team or anyone else.

I hope this message is not against the rules.

Spring offers support checkout https://spring.io/support, there is a contact-us form please fill it out. There is a lot of really cool features in Tanzu Spring. If you don't hear back from some one after filling out the contact-us form please comment again on this thread.

How long before someone gets back? I reached out on Friday, so it's just been a day.

Thanks!

I gave a brief look and it says "It's available as part of VMware Tanzu Platform". Does it mean we have to host on VMWare? That's not an option for us right now.

I'm even open to anyone here who takes up contracting work.

I had a very confusing interaction with the Broadcom folks.

First I got a reply from someone saying I need either 100 cores or a minimum spend of 50ドルK. When I explained I am only looking for Spring tech support and not hosting they said to contact tech support.

When I chatted with tech support they said they can only help me if I have purchased Broadcom software. They gave me a link to resellers. When I asked if there is an "official" version of Spring software that I have to purchase they said contact the reseller and they will help.

Appreciate if you can clarify who to contact and what exactly needs to be purchased.

Had a call with the sales agent and she again mentioned the requirement of 100 cores or minimum 50ドルK spend. After I explained what I'm interested in she said she will check with a colleague who might be more familiar with this and get back. She feels she may have to put me in touch with a partner for this. I'm not sure if that's what needs to be done. I'm putting this out here so if there is any miscommunication in what I'm hearing from sales then someone from the team can assist me.

@asaikali , the sales rep involved another person in the discussion and she too seems confused as she asked for my contract id. I've again explained to them what I need and given your contact in case they have questions. Can you help push this along?

We provide enterprise support once Spring AI goes GA which is targeted for May 20, 2025: https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-ai/milestone/4

If you already have a Tanzu Platform entitlement then you will have enterprise support immediately after GA. Please ask about our Tanzu Spring Essentials or Tanzu Platform offerings if you are not already entitled. Also, I'd be happy to DM over LinkedIn if there are detailed follow up questions.

Thanks for the reply @csterwa.

By Tanzu Platform entitlement if you mean hosting our app on VMWare then no. If not, can you please clarify what it means?

So far I've interacted with 3 members none of whom really know what your offerings are. Hopefully you can clarify. I will connect with you on LinkedIn.
