onOptionHover how do I use it #2142

Hi I'm trying to use onOptionHover but cannot get it to work for my use case. Specifically I'm trying to create a tooltip on the right hand side. To make things a little more complicated I'm using selectize through R Shiny / selectizeinput.... whatever I try doing with onOptionHover I can't even get it to console log.
