Describe the bug
in the PR page, in the Delegators table, the displayed voting weight is total of nano in the account.
shouldnt be the received nano?
e.g. : nano_1rekyzyoohxntsi1uwdbqhmqm4zya7bn6bsy8qrn5ensabc1nwombqkstr1w
the voting weight is Ӿ599 while in nanolooker is Ӿ1,338.33091, cos it has Ӿ738.34091 still not received
