What happened?

We need a reliable build/push GH Action workflow that creates a stable tag for amd64 and arm64 architectures for the backend. This is needed so that the production deployment always deploys these tags only for the backend and the frontend container images.

What is the version of refactor-platform-rs that you're seeing the problem on?
