I am using the following function in the google cloud to read and write files to cloud storage
def hello_gcs(event, context):
"""Triggered by a change to a Cloud Storage bucket.
Args:
event (dict): Event payload.
context (google.cloud.functions.Context): Metadata for the event.
"""
os.environ[
"GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS"
] = "./fleet-respect-311506-5f017672b8d7.json"
# if you are on windows, the path should be like: "C:\\User\\username\\Desktop\\[YOUR-CREDENTIALS].json"
gcs = GCS()
print("Hello GCS!")
save_to_gcs = CloudManager().add(
gcs, bucket_name="bbbb", folder="/testing/"
)
# A filename can also be passed to the CloudManager class to change the filename(e.x. CloudManager(filename="hls.m3u8"))
print(save_to_gcs)
video = ffmpeg_streaming.input(
gcs,
bucket_name="bucket",
object_name="onp.mp4",
)
# you can also open a file from a local path
# video = ffmpeg_streaming.input(
# "path"
# )
## if the video width or height is zero then set it to 10
hls = video.hls(Formats.h264())
hls.auto_generate_representations([360, 240])
hls.output(clouds=save_to_gcs, monitor=monitor)
print("DONE", "*"*10)
return hls
The function is running successfully but the files are not created.
