Clean install and functioning package
Actual Behavior
Python error and lack of autocomplete functionality.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- install most recent Package Control for Sublime Text 3
- Preferences > Package Control
- Package Control: Install Packages Javascript Enhancements
