Export unaggregated raw metric datapoints #4442

I am instrumenting a metric "request_latency" which has a very wide range of values depending on the tag "uri". Its difficult to come up with a single histogram bucket boundary configuration thats is going to accurately capture the latencies of all/most uri's. To that my question, is there a way to export raw unaggregated (un-bucketised) values ? Something like datadog distribution type metrics ?
