We're limited by Facebook's rate limits. The things you're asking to do are intentionally difficult to prevent spam. I note you can put vanity URLs in when messaging people, and you can message up to 150 people at a time.

In order to do so, you need to get their profile, and check their listed location. But you can only get 50 profiles per 10 minutes it seems. So it would take at least at least a year to get 100K.
