I have been fumbling around Android Publisher APIs and I just couldn't find anything on this topic. I'm trying to find a way to set health, financial and government apps features declaration on my app without having to go through google play store console. Is there any way we can do this via google api? Every docs I've read only talks about setting this via console. Would really appreciate your insights on the topic.
