I miss the good old days when my build was fast (next.js on Vercel). Over half of the time seems to be consumed by building and uploading source maps to Sentry.

It would greatly elevate my developer experience if this would happen in separate steps.
However after a while of researching this doesn't seem trivial.

Would be great if the team could provide a guide here.
