I think de FPP isn't working. When I try to compile a code with this sintax:

#ifdef DO_PHYSICS
! use mpas_atmphys_aquaplanet
 use mpas_atmphys_control
 use mpas_atmphys_init
 use mpas_atmphys_manager
#endif

Aways the compiler pass inside the ifdef (DO_PHYSICS) - But DO_PHYSICS isn't set. Does FPM not care about fpp?
