I know express.js still support for 18 but that's not point our point is developer/user security

Something similar to what's being proposed is already done on this page. I honestly don't think suggesting that users install the LTS version will actually make a difference in whether they use it or not. I'd prefer to keep it simple by just stating the minimum supported Node.js version

@bjohansebas You're right but this is present on advance section https://expressjs.com/en/advanced/security-updates.html where most of the time developer not visit what if we show that thing here- https://expressjs.com/en/starter/installing.html.
