Question

is the riscv lockstep feature supported and documented specially for arduino core?

Seems pretty unlikely, and certainly not anything Arduino will support. If you ask at esp32.com:hardware a lot more eyeballs from the Espressif hardware guys will see it.

TBH, it doesnt have to do anything related to Arduino. if some APIs or interrupts are ready to be used that would be enough.
