how to play the audio through 4G lte network and send audio url by mqtt?

when in wifi environment, send audio url by MQTT , i did it's okay. but when through 4G lte network, it will lead the ESP32 reboot and can't work.

is anyone can help ?
how to send audo url through 4G lte network, and when get MQTT subscription url then play it through MAX98357A .

or do you have better solution?
