ESP32-S3 module wifi not working #10997

I will ask here because maybe someone found other solution.
Basically problem is explained there:

But to recap for some reason new revision of ESP32-S3 has problems with WiFi - it never connects to the access point or if it does it's once in 8 retries.

Seems like this command helped:
esp_phy_erase_cal_data_in_nvs();
