The title may be confusing but even when the checkbox is off, the spreadsheet and the email says on. If I change the value to something like "yes", it will show yes even if the checkbox is off.
The only way I was able to make it work is by using two radio inputs with the same name atributte but different values, but that isn't the way I was intending to do. This is probabily a dumb question, but I'm really new to html so I have no idea.
