Add make target to run specified test cases #73

Description

I would run only specified test cases. The following is the implementation.

export TARGET_TEST_CASE=tests.simple_application.TestApplication
run-specified-test-case: ## Run specified test case
 $(PYTHON) -m unittest $(TARGET_TEST_CASE)

We run test this target with make run-specified-test case
