Running CI-Tests of RFEM_Python_Client scripts #371

Hi there,

I wonder how you guys to continuous integration while developing this code-base?
How do you run automated tests? I don't see automated GitHub Actions?
Is there an option to run code against a mock RFEM? Or do we need to host an RFEM service to run tests against?

Testability of our scripts is a huge problem, as only people with windows machine and RFEM6 + very expensive license can run tests. Out of question to get every dev a RFEM license and a windows machine.

Relates to the question here: #295 which would allow us to host a remote instance of RFEM against which to run CI.

Looking forward to hear about your approaches and best-practices here.

Best,
Max
