Describe the bug

After some time, the workers are no longer listed:

The worker processes are still there: I can schedule jobs and they get executed at the scheduled time, the workers simply no longer get listed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Restart the worker processes
2. Wait some time (30min to 1h approx)
3. Refresh the queue dashboard or the workers list page
4. The workers are no longer listed

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
• python version 3.13
• django version 5.2.6
• django-tasks-scheduler 4.0.7
