Describe the feature

Feature which allows to configure SFTP binding to decode/keep-encoded the transmitted base64 data.

Current usecase: Data is a base64 encoded csv string, after the upload to the SFTP server the .csv file contains base64 data and not "csv valid" data so file does not format correctly.
