https://app.netlify.com/sites/cypress-example-kitchensink/deploys however shows that it is still being triggered and it shows up in Renovate PRs like where it links to a non-working preview such as https://deploy-preview-930--cypress-example-kitchensink.netlify.app/

Suggestion

Disable netlify for https://app.netlify.com/sites/cypress-example-kitchensink. This is not an action that can be triggered by a PR.
