Any way to stop the Explorer and tab bar popups? #7278

I've tried turning off every mouse-over/hover settings I can find in code-server, but these really annoying pop-ups happen over the Explorer pane and tab bar? They are laggy and sometimes get stuck on the screen until I click on them to make them go away. They are always in the way, and I have no use for them. Any one know how to make these stop?
