I'm trying to get this to work on Codeserver 4.96.2 via dockercompose. I'm able to run most extensions as I enable https for webview. However. I compared with VSCode client on another machine. It has "C/C++ for Visual Studio Code" extension installed. Unfortunately that seems not to be available on codeserver. Likely because Microsoftt doesn't permit this. See this discussion #1976

Is there another way to get jumping to definition/declaration to work with Codeserver?
