Trying to call add_sanitizer_support(address) on Windows with MSVC doesn't enable ASan as expected. This is because check_cxx_compiler_flag() is setup with -fsanitize=address as a CMAKE_REQUIRED_LINK_OPTIONS, which doesn't seem to work well for MSVC.
