Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

When resizing a pinned column that has another pinned column to its right, the second column gets stuck when the first column is shrunk.

Steps to Reproduce -

1. Create a table with at least two resizable pinned columns.
2. Try resizing the first pinned column.
3. While shrinking the first column, notice that the second pinned column glitches and gets stuck.
