Is the interpolate function equivalent to CSS color-mix()? #259

Yes, in principle color-mix() is a color interpolation, so culori.interpolate() will get you the same result, if you normalize the relative percentages to a value between 0 and 1. There might be a difference in handling alpha, in which case interpolateWithPremultipliedAlpha will get you closer.
