Picking up where @SSwiniarski left off on this, do we mean we could have term entries under the Attributes concept entry and then any attributes listed under a given element would be linked to such a term entry?

For example, the attributes listed in the <button> entry could be links to new terms for autofocus, type, etc.

@SSwiniarski This is going to require some digging into the HTML elements that mention any attributes. I think it'll be valuable to separate the attributes from elements in the long term since they're bound to change in the future on a modular level.

For something like adding a term entry for autofocus, that's one issue+PR. I'm thinking we could start with adding the term entries and when those entries are merged, a following issue can be created on editing any HTML element entry that mentions the attribute.
