When a user logs out, I run the following, as shown in the docs.

 Saml2Auth::logout();

When I use a static analysis (i.e. larastan), I get this error:

 128 Static call to instance method Slides\Saml2\Auth::logout().
 🪪 method.staticCall

In the Auth.php, it is not a static function.
