I am running ArchLinux on my Raspberry PI and I am wondering whether it is possible to install wolfram-engine on it or if it is only available on Raspbian

I have the same question. I ended up switching to Arch to solve the problem of a missing kernel module (and a separate issue with online video playback), and I was disappointed to find that Wolfram/Mathematica and other tools don't seem to be available yet :(
