pi5s discounted at microcenter

Is this their all to common "only in the store" that they do? If so, kind of useless to anyone who doesn't have one of their stores near by.

My closest microcenter is still almost an hour’s drive away, but I go once or twice a year, and sometimes that coincides with their in-store sales. One of the few chances ever to get a pi below the standard price.

So, a heads up for the luckily located, sorry about that for the rest of the (literal) world.

I grew up with Micro Center just down the street, now I'm far away. The Pi 5 here was 10 below list last winter--that fancy charger out of stock.

Yeah... I live 20-some miles NE of San Francisco. The nearest MicroCenter is in the Los Angeles area...roughly 400 miles away.

I just noticed one of their news items, where the Raspberry Pi 400 is touted as part of their "Early Black Friday" deals, along with a lot of gaming stuff, a small 3D printer, and a toolkit. See here.
