Overclocking pi 400

Newbie here, tried overclocking my pi 400 and get no results, am I doing something incorrect. here is my config file with my new settings, but seems to top out 1800.

The blurry pictures don't help, but if I squint it looks like you've added the overclock settings to the "[pi5]" section.
The Pi 400 is not a pi5 family device.

I've read people have overclocked pi 400 even higher (2147) without issues.

Yes, but not by putting the overclock settings in a [pi5] section of config.txt.
