According to Youtube from recent times some videos don't have option to choose 1080p30 fps format.
Post a specific youtube url, and the output of youtube-dl -F, but please create a new post this is very much off-topic for this discussion.
64-bit RPi-OS is beta and has no hardware video acceleration at all. When it is implemented it won't support hardware VP9 decode as
the hardware doesn't support it.

Sorry for the off-topic. I am using sakaki's gentoo-64 bit, but it is somehow the same. Everything according RPi development's position is clear right now.

Split from hijacked thread, as you are talking about gentoo, not RPI OS-64
moved to gentoo

"STICKY: Raspberry Pi OS (64 bit) beta test version feedback"

Doubly confusing.

It claims to be a STICKY, but the forum software doesn't label it as such.

And why does the topic reference Raspberry Pi OS (64 bit) beta in a subforum about gentoo?
