Will an efi boot manager help with USB device boot? Pinn or Noobs lite? Raspbian backup
booted, but not RiscOS fat32fs, nor Plan 9 Front, or my 2G USB flash isn't rpi 3B+ compatible.

Pi 400/4/3B+ - Ham, Tech Net, Linux / Mac / PC, Programmer (for IF author).

If Plan 9 front is currently Single Core like Risc OS, try:
leave 1 core for virtual Qemu vs Emu RPCemu?,
mem mapped file (partion) on Huge Pi4 mem,
with accellerated X (render?)

Raspbian backup booted, but NOT Plan 9 front Nor RiscOS fat32fs,
or my 2G USB flash isn't rpi 3B+ boot compatible.

Raspbian was a clone (dd) worked because of GUID - UUID partion mounting
vs Backup (Rsync, tar)

Ater linux updates, to a Plugged iin USD storage / Net fs
clone Plan 9 partion if timestamp changed
backup linux

Does Not liook like rpi uEFI boot manager currently has USB / Net Boot
