Unknown parameter CEO

[edit ]

The template is displaying an error in page preview mode, stating

Warning: Page using Template:Infobox institute with unknown parameter "ceo" (this message is shown only in preview).

That is by design as this template does not support such a parameter. Based on your edit history, I assume you see this issue with the Esalen Institute article (otherwise I would have to search in Category:Pages using infobox institute with unknown parameters (75)). I resolved the issue by removing the unsupported parameter from the Esalen Institute article. 50.53.1.33 (talk) 12:36, 14 August 2017 (UTC) [reply ]

Parameters to be deprecated

[edit ]

Parameters for motto, mission and focus should be deprecated ASAP, as per {{Infobox organization }} where they have been removed per WP:MISSION. This is especially true for advocacy organisations, as their mission statements are often Orwellian - e.g. quack medical institutions that frame their work as health advocacy. Map

[edit ]

Any way to add a map to this template? Liverpoolpics (talk) 11:52, 15 August 2020 (UTC) [reply ]

Chairwoman

[edit ]

Needs an enry for "chairwoman." In Linus Pauling Institute, Emily Ho is not a "chairman."
