• While there is a limit to the fuel cost adjustment for "Low- Voltage Power," there is no limit for "Second Late Night Power." Therefore, if fuel prices rise sharply, the fuel cost adjustment amount for "Second Late Night Power" may be higher. Therefore, depending on your contract status and electricity usage, even if you would save money if you subscribe to "Second Late Night Power Late Night Power" to a different Rate Plan, you will not be able to subscribe to "Second Late Night Power" again.

• Customers who use power (including small appliances such as electric water heaters) only between 10pm and 8am the following day (for a 5-hour supply, nighttime hours are from 1am to 6am)
• Customers with a contracted power of 1kW or more
