Contacted Support. Did all of their instructions prior to contacting them. 😅 They couldn't help me. My Fitbit Sense is stuck on a restarting Loop. I press and hold the button and let it restart but after that it shows the Fitbit Logo Steady until I mess with it again.
Was following instructions from one of the Fitbit Forums to try to fix. One said to unpair my Fitbit and Bluetooth.
Because I did that. I can not now try changing my watchface to interrupt the cycle. 🥲
Now I'm at a loss. Fitbit gave me only a 35% off discount off a new one. They undervalued me. I've been a Loyal family member for 5+ year's. I love Fitbit. It's been 1 in a half year's since I have received the Fitbit Sense at Christmas. So I can't get a replacement.
This is totally the Fitbit Sense fault and unfortunately I'm now another victim. I'm not the only one.
Can anyone help me?
Is there an External Factory Reset?
That would be my last option.
Thanks to anyone with any help.

Newest update. Now it's just a black screen. No vibrations, nothing. 🥲😔
Try factory resetting with this method:
I did try it a few times. Thank you I did not know how to factory reset besides going into settings from within the Fitbit Sense.
Now my Fitbit Sense is still restarting
But
It's now making that start up noise.
Sounds like progress.

My Sense is stuck in the restart loop and I have tried to reset multiple times without any success. I unpaired thinking that would help but no such luck. Any other suggestions?
@d_rovetto Try factory resetting with this method
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears:
Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
Do you have any suggestions on how to restart my Sense after I did a factory reset? All it does now is rotate through all the languages to reset. I can't get it to stop on "to start download . .. . . . . .
I finally figured it out. You have to open the app on your phone, act like you are downloading a "new" Fit Bit watch.
When you start following all the prompts, it soon picks up the watch you are wanting to restart. Just follow all the prompts and you then have your Fit Bit working again. It does take time to work through all the prompts but the end results are worth it. Hope this helps.
