A few days ago I noticed that the Fitbit app on my Android phone had been updated. Following this update, my One tracker has not been able to sync. I also have a Charge 3 watch and it appears to sync with no problems. What happened? Please advise.

My One tracker has not synced in well over nine days, since the phone app update. Is there any way to recover the use of the One tracker?
My One tracker has not been able to synch for 12 days now. And still no reply from Fitbit tech support. Very frustrating.
Have you tried resetting your One?
