Hello @moirs and welcome to the Community. Please try restarting your One. These are the steps from the One manual:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a power source -- computer or USB charging block
  2. Plug your One into the charging cable, making sure the contacts are touching
  3. Hold down the tracker's button for 10-12 seconds
  4. Remove the tracker from the charging cable and hold the button until the screen turns on

If this doesn't fix things for you, then I suspect your tracker has failed. It is Fitbit's oldest model still in use, but these devices do fail over time.

I also moved your post to the One forum, a better fit for your issue.

My Fitbit One stopped syncing about 9 pm EST, i have another one and it is also not syncing. Oddly enough last night I received a "congratulations" on being a 10 year member of Fitbit. Seems to me they have done something to stop supporting them or it is a computer glitch which has happened before. My display disappeared about 6 months ago or so. I could see the display as long as it was plugged in. When this happened I tried both of them and had the same issue. I love my One and do not want to change to the others. I do not want a watch or something I have to carry with me. This really disappoints me. 😞

I do not think it is an accident that all of ours stopped last night!

It is very strange how none of them are working, since they changed the layout it has not been working properly.

Yes, I am hoping for a software glitch, but I am thinking they have stopped the "One" from working. I wish they had something similar, I am not thrilled with the idea of a watch because I rarely have on a watch. I am going to give it a few more days and hope for the best. I am continuing to wear it in hopes all my steps will magically appear!
