Help!! My app hasn't shown my walks in track exercise since 1/7/18. I've tried switching it off etc but no joy. Does anyone know what I can do?

Through the Fitbit device and then it syncs the info to the dashboard and had worked fine until the beginning of last week.

It might be worth it to restart your tracker a few times (we always advice to do it 3 times). This typically fixes it. This article explains how to restart your tracker (just select your tracker in the options given on this page).
