Hi @Stacy55313. It's nice to have a new member around.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa. I've confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S10 phone is part of our compatible devices list, so let's work on this together! Did you see an error message displayed on the Fitbit app? Also, do you recall since when this issue started to happen? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the following steps in the given order:

  1. Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Force stop.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Versa.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa > Sync now.

Hi @Mimi1473. Welcome to the Community.

Thanks for joining this thread and trying the suggestions from my previous post. Because the previous steps didn't work, please try reconnecting your watch to your Fitbit account one more time with the following steps:

  1. Forget your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  3. Force stop the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart your watch one more time.
  5. Select your watch from the list, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
