I put my Sense on for the first time last night. Ib wake up this morning and it says I have a new daily record, 32,000+ steps. This is obviously wrong and now have two problems.
1.) I am lacking trust in my Sense's accuracy and need it fixed, else the device is pointless.
and
2.) I need to delete that activity because I want to set my own records and track my progress.
How can I accomplish both?

@C5Drvr Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with your Sense. Before anything else, do you recall to have set up MobileTrack on the Fitbit app? MobileTrackis a feature that records basic stats such as stepsusing your phone's sensors. However, if there was a fan or anything buzzing nearby, and you synced this feature along with your watch, that might explain why you receive an incorrect amount of steps.
Assuming this is correct, please make sure this feature is removed by doing the following:
About your other question, while it's not possible to delete the steps that have synced, you can log anon-step-based activitysuch as driving to override those steps.
Hope this helps.

Welcome to the Community, @xilego.
Thanks for joining this thread and letting me know that you're having the same issue with your Sense. Please give a try to the suggestions shared above and if the issue persists, don't hesitate to let me know.
See you around.
No, this doesn't help, because now my account has fictitious medals and personal bests that I cannot get rid of. I need an administrator to go in and delete that whole day like it never happened. I cannot go back for enough to that day to log an event over top of this because it took so long for this suggested solution. So for the duration. Of my fitbit career, my personal bests are worthless unless I run and ultra marathon. FitBit needs to changes this, NOW! PROVIDE USERS THE ABLITY TO DELETE THEIR PERSONAL DATA.
