I am trying to use the ECG app on my pixel watch 2. It just asks me to open the app on the phone. Then, it just opens a splash screen with information about the feature. I press ok, and it just says that no measurement has been done. I tried forcing stop, cleaning cache, restarting. Nothing works. I am in a compatible country. Everything is up to date.
@brunooozz I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. I hope a fellow PW user can help you.

Hello @brunooozz
I know that you said that you're in a country where the ECG app is supposed to work. Please let us know which country.

Mine has not worked for at least a few days. Pixel Watch 2, June update, United States.
Fitbit ECG would have me open the Fitbit app. That took me to a page explaining the heart analysis, and that is it.
I uninstalled both the Fitbit ECG and the Fitbit app. After reinstalling the behaviour was the same. Now Fitbit ECG will not open at all on my Pixel watch 2. I just see a black display and I cannot access anything else on the watch.
Just after posting here I took another shot at getting Fitbit ECG to run, and succeeded.
On my phone I open Settings-Apps. I selected Fitbit app, deleted cache AND data. Then I uninstalled it.(did I have to uninstall, I do not know)
I removed the Fitbit ECG app from my phone, and restarted it.
I reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone and logged back into my account.
I reinstalled the Fitbit ECG app on my watch.
After this the Fitbit ECG worked.
