Hello to all,

After last update (11.02.2020) widgets not syncing with the app. Removing not help.

Any suggestion on how to resolve this?

My phone is Oneplus 7 pro with Android 10.

Hi @SubSignoVeneni. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for confirming that the Fitbit app is updated as well for the information provided. Before anything else, let me explain that your OnePlus 7 Pro isn't a supported device and this may prevent the functionality of some features, such as the widgets. While we cannot guarantee that it'll always work, let's try some steps together to see how it goes.

First, we'll remove the Fitbit widget from our phone:

  1. Touch and hold the item.
  2. Drag the item up to Remove.
  3. Lift your finger.
  4. Select "Remove" to take this app off your Home screen only.

Once that is done, try the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Fitbit icon.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Sync Now to update your details.
  3. Add the widget one more time to your phone's home screen.
  4. Check if the widget is in sync with the Fitbit app.
