Nov 11, 2017 at 23:07 comment added Jonathan Allan No, because a cover that neglected (only) the one coerced to 1 would have the same product as a valid cover (e.g. turn the eight by five example half a turn and it would (in theory) return 6 as it would neglect to cover the top-left cell and consider it valid.)
