If there is a post that two contradictory contents, say X and Y. If OP has clarified (e.g. in theJust comment section or in the main body) that only X applies to the current post, you are allowed to remove content Y of this post.
An exception to that includes: if it is already clear that only X applies to the current post but not Y, you are allowed to remove content Y even ifand let OP has not yet clarifiedhandle it explicitly.

Another example of contradictory content is abundantly-refered information. If part of the content of a post is no longer relevant to the challenge after the challenge has been edited, you are allowed to edit to remove the outdated content of that postyourself.
