Prottoy A. Akbar is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Aalto University. He is an applied microeconomist with research interests in Urban, Transportation, and Development economics. His current projects explore the implications of intra-city transportation networks on mobility and congestion and on residential segregation by race and income.
