Parastou Ghazi

Parastou Ghazi is a PhD student in Epidemiology at Stanford University, where she also earned her MS. She holds BAs in English and Biology from Cornell University. Her research uses mixed methods to build evidence in support of low-cost solutions to a broad range of global public health problems, including air pollution from brick manufacturing in Bangladesh and H5N1 risk in California communities. Previously, she was a research assistant at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she investigated the health, social, and economic benefits of health technologies.
